Commitment to Serve
Serving in a leadership position with DPBC is a rewarding opportunity but also a significant commitment. As leaders, we are responsible for steering the organization’s efforts, organizing events, and creating impactful campaigns. This commitment requires time, collaboration, and a proactive approach to advance progressive ideals and support candidates. Together, we can continue to build a more inclusive and just Benton County.
We ask that those interested in running for a leadership role carefully consider the time and dedication required. Additionally, we advise members of the executive team not to run for elected office during their term.
