What is the Democratic Party of  Benton County?

The Democratic Party of Benton County is the official Democratic party affiliate of Benton County, Arkansas. Our mission is to elect Democratic candidates for local, state, and national office and to support and promote Democratic ideals in Northwest Arkansas.

Our Purpose

Our purpose is to elect Democratic Candidates to local, state, and national office.

The Democratic Party of Benton County (DPBC), formerly known as the County Committee, is the official county party Democratic affiliate. We represent the county to the Democratic Party of Arkansas, send delegates to the state convention, support candidates, and work to strengthen the Democratic Party in Northwest Arkansas.

Benton County Dems, also known as BC Dems, is a registered PAC that raises funds and provides a forum for Democrats to share ideas and socialize. BC Dems hosts monthly lunch-time meetings featuring guest speakers, joins the DPBC in fund raising events, and support local candidates. 

Northwest Arkansas also has several other PACs, auxiliary Democratic Groups, and other progressive organizations with similar goals and ideals to the Democratic Party.
